I'm André Flitsch, a software developer based in Austria. Over 30 years in software development overall, e-commerce since 1999, Magento since 2008. My work covers e-commerce systems, integrations, and infrastructure.

Most of my work sits where systems meet: Magento, APIs, data pipelines, automation, and the occasional production fire.

This blog is where I write down things worth remembering: decisions, failures, trade-offs, and solutions that took longer to figure out than they should have.

I write these posts with AI, and I'm not quiet about it. I have the ideas and the project experience, but turning them into flowing prose is where I used to stall. I would get stuck perfecting the first paragraph and never reach the rest. Now I start with a long voice ramble to find the idea, get a draft out of it, and then refine it repeatedly with my own input at every pass. The thinking, the data and the judgement are mine. The help I needed was getting from a head full of experience to a finished paragraph.
